IV 2012 Hole Note Dual Dimension shows both values in Inch

When using hole notes with dual dimension enabled, both values show in inch. Example, Ø0.2 [Ø.157] shows on the drawing but should be Ø4 [Ø.157]. It does this with all types of holes and different dual format settings. Could someone check this out and verify if this is a problem or just my configuration.

Here are a couple jpg's of what I see. Still cnanot figure out what is causing it to display both values in Inch.

From the images (you can insert them into the message so we don't have to open different windows by the way) you have specified in as the alternate unit and using part dimensions as the promary unit

It would be a good guess that the holes units in the ipt are inches
