Is there any option of converting the section view to base view.

An option of converting the section view to base view will really be helpful if included in the software. But please forgive me if such option already exist because I am new to this software.

what do you want to do?  You can just pull views off a section view

You can suppress too or move views off of the page. You can also project views from the section view. However the problem is it doesn't always bring everything with it .. Might be easier to make a base view off of a View representation if you're looking at only showing certain things and projecting off of them.
