is there an easier way to do this?

Hi there

I have just made a test piece to show you guys the way I have unfolded a section of a flange. I would just like to know if there was an easier way to do this or if I am doing it right.

Then theres this way that I have to do it also. This is when I know the size of the small part that is unfolded from the flange and then I need to make the cut into the flange.

For both parts I would probably start with a Contour Flange and Cut Across Bend.
