Is it possible to use a material to change the color of texts?

In a project I'm working on I need to make the text have mirror properties. But when editing the text all i can choose from is "normal" colors.

So is there any way to make text use materials, like you do on normal surfaces?

Hi!

You can use the text to split face, or doing a emboss with a very small values, and then select the faces, properties and select a mirror color like chrome.

Thanks for the really quick answer! Like you said, if I choose like 0.001mm it's not even going to be noticeable.

You can do Split on the face and have zero (0) offset.

The only problem is you have to do it for each letter.

Okay, so if I have a normal text on a surface, how exactly should I go on about doing that? I'm quite new to Inventor, and has not used the split tool before.
