Recently I acquired Inventor 2015 program. The program is amazing but I can't create a 3D block. If anyone knows how to create 3D blocks and then load them into a new file - please give me answer.
iFeature
iPart
iAssembly
iLogic
But forget all that for now.
For now you should concentrate on creating a proper sketch

And by "3d block" what exactly do you mean?
Here is a "3d block" (part)
and here is 2 loaded into a new (assembly) file and one even painted black 🙂

From the way you're describing it, it sounds to me like what you're trying to do is to create a part and put it in an assembly?
