Is your question about Sheet Metal or is it about Frame Generator?
That assembly is so simple - I don't really see any advantage to using Frame Generator (unless there is a lot more to the assembly).
Looks like a Weldment.
But your Sheet Metal part isn't modeled correctly (not uniform thickness).
Hi Ray_H,
If you're wanting to use sheet metal parts as frame members, see this link:
I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you in all of your Inventor pursuits,

Mr JD.That why i requested help from experienced user such as yourself. How would you model in Frame generator?
Have you gone through the Help>Learning Tools.... Frame Generator Tutorials.
A frame generally starts out with a skeleton model of some sort. (could be 2d/3d line sketches, a surface body or a solid body or assembly around which the frame is built)
Hi! If you want to create one frame member exactly like the part you attached using Frame Generator, the answer is no. Unfortunately, FG does not have a profile like that. FG members are usually structural shape like beams.
But, if you want to create a small assembly consisting of diffefrent members to create a structure like that, I believe it is doable using FG.
Thanks!
