.ipt part made in sheet metal

This part is formed with solid model tools.How would one make this using sheet metal tools

Use your front view and use either inside or outside shape as a "coutour shape" the length of the part.

Do not put the small corner rads in, the sheet metal settings will take care of that.

Do the cutouts as required, I would possibly unfold the part to do the cutouts and refold after.

yep.. "contour flange"

then create the cutouts either by unfolding and then refold or via projecting flat pattern. 

Give it a try and post back when/if you get stuck.

The 0.3mm fillet adds difficulty as this is a post-process operation (done after stamping the flat).

(in any case, see attached)

 

Before looking at this in too much detail - you should probably right click on the Flat Pattern, delete it and then rollup the red End of Folded to above the Unfold1 feature.  The basic geometry for the flat pattern is all in Contour Flange1 and Cut1.
