All he was saying is that it is a known defect, he has seen multiple posts
about the problem, and decided he should explain that there are things
higher in the priority list. I sure don't see where he deserves this
treatment. I met Bob, and like all the other people working there he has a
lot of interest and concern about customers problems.
If you don't like the software, then fine, but please don't chase off the
Autodesk employees for those of us that are going to stick around.
