iPart Lock-up

I have posted on this topic before, but I got no response. I would like to
know if nayone else can reproduce this problem or if it's just me.

Set your project file to Semi-isolated mode. Open and checked-in .ipt. Go
to File\iProperties. The 'Properties' dialog box appears. edit any field
and click 'Apply'. The 'Check Out Multiple Components' dialog box appears.
Ignore both of the buttons on this box and select 'Close' on the
'Properties' dialog box. Voila! Now you can not do anything with IV. It's
locked-up. I have to close it down with Task Manager to get out f this.

Should I submit this as a bug, or is it just me?
