ipart, hole pattern zero

I am using inventor 2013

I've created a part that has an oblong hole.

The hole was created from a sketch and an extrusion.

I created a pattern to make two incidents of the hole.

I made this into an ipart so I can vary the number of holes from the ipart table.

I successfully changed the number of holes varying from one to 10 or more.

But it will not let me have an incident with zero holes.

How do I make zero holes without suppressing the feature.

I want to be able to control it from the table or a spread sheet.

Acctually it does not support to create pattern in any direction with 0 hole, and the number of holes should be greater than 0. So if you want to accomplish this requirement, you could create patterns only with one direction, and make it suppressed when the number of holes is 0. When the number of holes is greater then 0, make it unsuppressed. If there are two directions for pattern, please create two patterns for each direction respectively.
