iPart Errors while setting factory to specified member

Hi - I am fairly new to inventor (but am proficient in using Solidworks - just getting used to the little nuances and differences). I'm using iParts to create sets of part with different configurations (mostly using the supression features). And I keep getting this error message when I switch between created parts (not when I go back to the original).

There is no indication of where the error is occuring in the model browser window but it seems to be a problem with one of my extrude-cut operations. I have tried to re-order and edit these to no avail. 

Is there anything else I should try? What could be the cause of this problem?

You can post the file here for us to take a look at and see if we can find the problem for your.

Try and drag the EOP (end of part) above some of the features (or supress them) before changing members, so you can narrow down your bad features.
