Involute Spline

I created a Involute Spline in a assembly. However the Involute Spline at rotor is always over shot. Please see circle indication A in the rotor.png file. I attach my assembly file here. Please help. Thanks

What size cutter are you going to use?

I just realized the radius is the cutter size. I soluved my problem.

Don't just make up a size though.

Use an off-the-shelf size.  It may turn out that you cannot avoid the over-cut.  You might add a Chamfer to that edge.
