Involute Spline shaft, missing size

Hy!

I want to make an Involut Spline shaft (ANSI B92.1-1970) but in the generator, the size I want to work with is missing!

I need 2 1/8" with 16 teeth (Pitch 8/16, Major diameter 2.125inch,....)

Can I download the data somewhere?

Meranea You should find that these are controlled via 'xml' files in a folder 'Splines'. There are a few files...SAEA.xml SAEB.xml SAEC.xml. I think you will recognize the format and variables required to "add" the spline you want in at least one or two of these files. PLEASE DO SAVE THE ORIGINAL FILES as some other extended name...such as SAEA_orig.xml BEFORE modifying to your desires. That way, IF something goes WRONG....You can get back to where you "did" work! Happy 'modding' Ken
