INVISIBLE LINES

When creating drawings (.idw) in inventor its possible to make lines invisible ,the problem i am having is somtimes these invisible lines keep coming back,i then have to pick each line again to make it invisible, this seems to happen on a frequent basis particulary if i move a view to make additional space for say a dimension line,is there anyway i can stop this from happening.

Regards

I don't think Visibility should revert on it's own.

Have you installed all Service Packs and Updates?

Can you attach small dataset that exhibits this behavior?

Hi methoni,

would you please send a dataset or reproducible steps that cause this behavior?

Kind Regards, peter

Methoni,

Please provide a dataset. The ones I have are to large and/or proprietary (and I don't know if I could find one that does it consistently right now if I had to).

Nobody ever believes me when I say it does this, if you can prove it there are a bunch of us who would be very thankful. (Even more so if we can get it fixed!)

Thanks.

I will have a go and send you an example, but its as you say just when it happens is the time when you have trouble re-creating the original steps which caused the problem in the first place, but take it from me it really does happen particulary when you think everything is fine and the job is about to be signed off.
Regards
