Inventor Viewer

Hi there,

I took a laptop with Inventor viewer installed to a client meeting to show them my design.

When I opened it up in the viewer all the planes were visible and I couldn't turn them off!

Which was a shame cause I couldn't see anything.

Can anybody please explain what I am doing wrong or how to turn them off please,

In plane English, sorry, couldn't resist

Hi Matthew,

I think it is a limitation of Inventor View.

You have to hide work features in Inventor and them  reopen the file in viewer.

Thank you for your response,

That is what I was affraid of. I am in the office now doing so, but I couldn't do from my laptop without Inventor.

if you want my opinion, uses the Resign Review, is much more powerful. Besides you have many options such as sectioning, markups, measure....You only have to save the Inventor document as DWF or DWFx .
