I just created a small animation in Inventor Studio and now I want to save the animation to a .mov, .mpg or .avi. Can I do this without rendering it all as this seems to take a long time to render?

Thanks

What if you set it to Preview?

You might also try a screen capture tool like Camtasia Studio.  (you can download a free 30-save (or is it day) trial.

Rendering directly to a movie file can impose some severe limitations on length and resolution.  Any animation of reasonably good quality will require some time investment.
