I have several assemblies in an annimation that rotates. After each turn,
the visibility of one assembly turns off and the visibility of another turns
on. In almost all my assemblies I have components I do not want to show.
So I have turned off their visibilty. But Inventor keeps turning them back
on automatically when I either manually turn off then on the visibility of
the assembly or if I run the annimation. Is there a way to turn off the
visibility of a component and have it stay off?
To keep them off thru the whole animation just turn off the visibilty of the part or assembly. To turn it off during an animation and keep it off for the duration make sure your animation fade time carries out to the end.
