Inventor STL files

Hi

Im trying to import my STL files in to SimMechanics(matlab). But it seems like Inventor are saving the file in a way SimMechanics cannot read. Here are an example of my export and an matlab example export:

Here are an exampel of my export files 'STLB ASM 219.00.00.0000 COLOR=¥ÑÑÿ h~ ¿.½û&5?iŽ4?¾v¿üþAð_!À>qq¿C<A=R6À\¢¿üþA\"Àï=ë{÷½Ÿ4?_Â2?¾v¿üþAð_!ÀÛ¿C<A‰¿2À>qq¿C<A=R6Àï=”;¾:j5? '

And here are from a proper file(matlab example) 'solid base_Default_sldprt facet normal -3.999391e-002 7.073900e-001 -7.056911e-001 outer loop vertex -1.027698e+000 9.514711e+000 2.846838e+000 vertex -1.055369e+000 9.187252e+000 '

Does anyone know how i can save it with the coordinates like the bottom or convert it ?

Thanks in advance

When you save the file click Options and you can set to save as binary code or as ASCII readable text.
