The version of Publisher that will directly read Inventor 2015 is planned for the end of July.
Design Review should read dwf files exported from Inventor 2015 though.
You can also use Inventorview2015 to view the native data - http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/item?siteID=123112&id=22976407
