Inventor Professional 2014 is Closing, On Opening New/existing Files

Hi,

Inventor Professional 2014 is Closing, when i try to open existing/New part/Assembly/drawing files.

I still can open projects, and i can create a new project also.

But while opening new file, I’ll get part screen partially loaded then it will close inventor automatically.

I'm attaching the screen shot here, what I’ll see before inventor getting close.
 

Any advice?

PS. I'm using Inventor 2014 Licensed Version with service pack 2 on Windows 7, Workstation.
