I installed AutoDesk Inventor 2015 Pro yesterday and after it was verifying the license I get the screen that I'm running a trial and that I can try the software or activate.
I can't click on anything because this is where the program stops functioning.
I do have a student license, it installed fine on my laptop.

Were you able to start up correctly when you tried it again? And to verify, it finished the installation process, right?
I can try to recreate it but I'll need some more info first.
This is an issue that we recently discovered. That IE update stops the initial license activation from working properly. Currently the only workaround, to my knowledge, is to remove it.
Autodesk & Microsoft are currently investigating.
