Inventor Pro 2013 | Create Balloon | Error.......

I am trying to complete an explosion drawing that is past due! When I click on some of the objects within the explosion drawing sheet to add balloon call-outs, I get a dialog box that pops up ( see image below ) titled " Autodesk Inventor Professional - Create Balloon " and the body reads, " Create Balloon: problems encountered while executing this command. Excel installation is required for this operation. Failed to launch Excel. ", " I have never seen this problem before! " I have Office 2010 on my system and it has been installed since before the 2013 Inventor Design Suite Ultimate upgrade was freshly installed on my system.

Please help me to get this resolved if you have a solution,

as I am already behind on my projects.......

Try doing a REPAIR INSTALL of MS Office.

It may be that the link has not been established between IV2013 and Excel.

This did not fix my problem, why have I not heard anything from Autodesk support on this issue!? I'm supposed to get replies within 24 hours!
