Inventor LT 2014 VBA problem

Hi

 

I am having issues with getting VBA on inventor LT 2014. The buttons on the Tools menu for macro and VBA are missing and i cant get them to show. If i click on reset ribbon they appear temporarly then dissapear again before i can click them.

Below is the tool bar i get when i open inventor.

If i click on reset i get the below show but then it dissapears again.

I have tried re-installing inventor and installing vba from the instaltiom media but no luck. Any Ideas?
