Inventor instalation Result=1603

Hi,
while I trying to install Inventor Pro 2008 instalation is aborted because of that:

Install DirectX 9.0 Runtime Succeeded
Install MSXML 6 Succeeded
Install MDAC 2.7 Succeeded
Install Microsoft Windows Media Format 9 Series Runtime Failed Installation aborted, Result=1603
=== Setup ended ===

I got MS Windows Xp pro SP2 with all updates
(WMP 11 too and IE7)

Is anyone who could help me how to fix that?

Download and install WMP11 http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/download/download.aspx

Then re-try the installation.
