Inventor hangs trying to Exit

I have a situation trying to install Product Design Suite on multiple platforms.  In each case, the program hangs when you select the "X" or from the menu. I have tried different media as well as network and non-networked installation.

 

I only included Inventor, Mechanical, and Vault in the deplotment.  Tried to just install Inventor alone as well.

 

Has anyone experienced this issue?  Any ideas?
