Inventor.exe is not currently registered

I try installing Inventor 6 on my XP PRO machine and I get the following error message: "Inventor.exe is not currently registered and did not correctly re-register on start up. This is probably because you do not have enough access rights (e.g. you are a Restricted User). Ask and Administrator or Standard User to re-run the program for you."....

I am a Administrator on the machine. Please any thoughts....

If you have an older version of IV installed, you must reboot between using
5.3 and 6 and vice versa.

You might try a search on EULA in the NG, I
think, there were some post about needing to copy the EULA directory from the CD
in some cases. No guarantees, though, that it will fit your
problem.
