When I use my 3d mouse (3D Connexion) with inventor it crashes only when in assembly mode while assembling one piece to another. Has anyone else come across this problem?

What version of Inventor? Service Pack?
Graphics card driver up-to-date?
If you go to Tools>Application Options> Hardware tab and try a different setting - does it still crash?
Have you Calibrated the 3D Connexion device lately?
If you do a Mange>Rebuild all are there any errors in the browser tree?
Screen shots?
OS?
Autodesk Inventor 2012 Factory design suite premium.
I'm not sure which service pack is installed
Ive tried performance and compatibility settings and it crashes both ways
I installed and calibrated the device yesterday
No errors with a rebuild
when it crashes this is the only message I get:
Also try a different driver for the 3dconnexion device..
They had older ones available before (assuming you are on the newest).. not sure if they still do though but a call to their support might help too..

Go to Help>About Inventor to see what (if any) Service Packs have been installed.
I know I've installed a service pack for autodesk, but not sure if it was related to inventor. Anyway the screenshot above shows the "about inventor" page. Does that help?
Please edit your post/remove your serial number/product key information.. (or alert a moderator to do it for you)
Or next time please include a picture of your credit card 🙂
From that screen shot it does not look like the Service Packs are installed.

Should I try uninstalling them?
Uninstall what?
I must be confused about what I am seeing and reporting above.
Are you getting some other information?
Sorry I missread your last message, I thought you said that it looked like they were installed which confused me.
