Inventor & ? for large presentation files

Hello,

We use inventor for custom equipment and fabricated parts. More and more we are needing to do full room layouts of equipment, furniture, site & room features. The individual pieces of equipment can get to be rather large just by themselves and we are questioning if Inventor is the right software for the job. I am guessing we could get heavy into using level of detail but then I will need another Invetor user. Management is thinking it could be done by more of a sales person...  Does anyone have a good path for taking inventor data to some "quick" "easy" software to make customer presentations?

I am not sure if this will answer your question. If the assembly file is complete you could look at using Inventor Publisher to create presentation files and someone from sales could use this, it is more of a marketing tool.

There is also Inventor Factory
