Inventor 2015- Issue with the "Look At" command

Hi to all,

maybe it's only a issue for my version...

 

In anterior versions:

 

-when you did a sketch it present perfectly oriented with axis and "orizontal" and "vertical" , up and down for the constraints

-when yiou had a orbited sketch or rotated.. the "Look At" command was perfect to  allign it orthogonally and with orizontal and vertical alligned

 

In 2015 release i have this:

There's a setting in 'Application options > display' at the bottom that changes the look at behavior.
Does changing that have any effect on this?

(changing it to 'align with local coordinate system' did for me)
