Inventor 2015 FEA Load Glyph Displays at Angle

When applying loads in the Inventor Simulation environment (Inventor Product Design Suite Ultimate 2015), the load glyph (arrow) displays at an angle regardless of data input.  All results are as expected so I belive it's only a display issue.  This is a problem because any reporting created looks incorrect.  See image below:

I think this problem was corrected in Service Pack 1 or Update 1 or 2.
