Inventor 2014 Placing Nuts and Bolts

We just upgraded from Inventor 2012 to 2014. When placing nuts and bolts in an assembly in 2012, you were able to select a hole and it would automatically size the bolt to the correct diameter. You could also select if you wanted it to fill in all holes of that size, on a face, with the bolt or you could just place one component.

I do not remember if it is just a setting that allows it that i can't find or if it is a bug and the drop function is not working properly, but could anyone give me some insight into this and if there is anything special that i need to do?
