Inventor 2014 Crash at launch access violation

We are having problems with some users trying to load inventor

you get the splash screen, the bar goes half way then it crashes out to the send report to autodesk screen.

The weird thing is if i log in as an admin it works ok, and some other users it works fine.

permissions, map drives all the same, Iv cleared out the profile for the problem user and it still happens.

The dump file says
