We are running Autodesk with network licensing with ~80 computers. One computer will not open Inventor. There is no error message, but you can see the process in task manager. I have reimaged the machine and redeployed the software to no avail. Any suggestions?

How about posting the system specs for the machine you're having the problem with?
Does this user have administrator rights on the local machine?
