inventor 2013 vault add in could not find the data management services

Good day,

I was getting this error on one of my users machines,

inventor 2013 vault add in could not find the data management services

I uninstall Vault workgroup 2013, Inventor 2013,  re install, and re install add ins,

worked for half a day, and just got the same error again,

it seems As Inventor looses the add in, what was intersiting it gave an error about some unerlaying  error after disgarding that, the add in doesnt work anymore.

I also cant copy design from vault on the same machine, all Inventor related files cant be copied, but dwg files can.

I get the feeling its an Inventor issue, my last resort is a clean install,

has anyone ever came across thes, and fixed it successfully.

Which error are you bumping?  The first usually means that the Vault server is either down, or the ADMS server needs to be restarted.  In either case, a good old server reboot may be your best bet. 

Make certain to restart the ADMS after the reboot, and also to reload all lisense servers through LMTOOLS.

my iis stop working when checking inventor files to the vault, espesially frame generator parts, and large assemblies,

we are nearing the limit of our SQL database, can this be the issue,

the AutoCAD users are fine,

it only happens in Inventor, and when you do a rename or copy desing in Vault.

2013 Workgroup,

31 users,

Current server usage

DataBase is @    4.5 GB

FileStore  is @    224 GB

Libraries  is @      9.0 GB

SQL express

2005 windows server

I was considdering to make my vault lighter by archiving old projects
