Inventor 2013 on Surface Pro

I have a 128 GB Surface Pro, which has these specifications:
http://www.microsoft.com/surface/en-us/surface-with-windows-8-pro/specifications
If I installed Inventor 2013 on it would it run smoothly without any crashes, "Not Responding" window freezes, or lag? I want to have this run as problem-free as Office or any program like paint that comes with a new computer. I know I'm probably asking for a lot, but I use my Surface for everything but Inventor so having it work smoothly is something I need to know before installing it.

Three years later from this posting, now with surface pro 4 professionals are able to run these graphics and cpu hungry applications more smoothly though not perfectly.
