Inventor 2013 is getting worse and subscription support does not work

When I activate an assembly inside of an assembly I loose the ability to right click on a part of the assembly. When you right click the part is no longer high lighted. This sucks and I have to reinstall the software to fix it and it happens a lot. I have been trying to create a support request but the website just sits there and says processing. If an Autodesk person sees this please pass this on to Auotdesk. This is getting back to the days of Inventor 11 and it is killing me.

Inventor DOES update the idw as soon as a change is made to the 3D model.  If it did not do that, I would not use Inventor. I (and probably everyone else here) do not have the time to redraw the idw if a model change is made.

I just made a short video of a simple part.  Basically, all I did here is make a 3d model, put it on an idw.  Then I changed the model and the idw updates.

You might want to duplicate my steps and see what you get.  If you can make a video of your workflow and we will try to help.

Here is my video. http://screencast.com/t/vkDsyzY2YK

BTW, I am using Inventor 2013, but the workflow is the same for any version of Inventor.
