Inventor 2013 hangs

I have a user with newly installed Product Design Suite 2013 on windows 7 64bit, and it will work for a few days, then Inventor will not work.  The other products seem to work fine.  Yesterday, we uninstalled Inventor only and reinstalled it, it worked until he rebooted this morning.  It starts up but then hangs when trying to create a new file or open an existing one.

We have other users using it just fine.

Any ideas or hotfixes for this issue?

Hi,

Did you try to create a new local Windows user with administrator rights, and once logon with it, reinstall and run again Inventor?

The problem was that the templates were in a shared directory on another server, and so something was not working with that.  Moved the templates to local and now it works.
