Inventor 2013 detail view boundary color

Hi,

I am curently using inventor 2013 and I would like to change the color of the detail view boundary in idw, I had no problem changing the main detail view boundary color as you can see in picture, but I was unable to find how to change the detail boundary color. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Hi

I guess you figured out the Layers.

Please see the screen captures, I have set the colour of mine to blue, so that it is highlighted for my purposes.. (I don't print them, and freeze them in AutoCAD)

Hope the pictures shed some light on what needs to happen.

One thing I discovered a while back, when clicking on a line, it will normally show you which layer it is on, this helps with creating/changing layers.

Thank you very much for your answer, I was aware that selecting a line show the layer, the thing is you cannot select break line, I checked layers two time and did not noticed break line... guess I was a bit sleepy... thank you again and have a good day.

To be honest, I am not sure if you can select the break line. Some of the
lines don't show their layers, so you might not have been a bit sleepy 🙂
