MCGYVR

by unsupported do you mean Free spelll, or the spell checker  in general tools that we need to drill down to and setup?

Thank you

Here is a link to a discussion that I found while searching..

I was wondering which of the two methods not to waste my time with. Smiley LOL

Wow, after reading that, I decided I don't need it that bad.

What I am typing is not a book, but one to two words.  If I can't spell those

correctly then I don't belong in this business.  Smiley LOL

This is a joke, right?

Someone remind me of Inventor Spell Check when I need a good laugh.

Copy/Paste text into an app that has an actual, working spell checker OR go to the web and look up every single word on your favorite dictionary website... it'll be faster!

Is there a working spell checker in 2013?  I woner if other users feel like me, that spell check should not be an option, but a REQUIREMENT.

Oh, there was a window in the background (no, it didn't take focus so I'm sitting there for several minutes before I tried to cancel and discovered that spell check was waiting on me...)

But wait... see the image for the prompt... how could I provide an "answer" to it's "question"???  The text of the Not in Dictionary" section is way too small to read (and looks like it's trying to evaluate the grammer of an entire sentence?).

Pitiful.

I'm not even going to look at the link, because I"m probably the one ranting about the spell checker. Autocad got one way back in 94 I believe and I've been asking since Release 3 in 2000 I think. And I"m still waiting, Oh by the way that's MS spell checker.

There is a Batch Spell Checker in the App Exchange for Inventor 2013 but...its not proactive and has to be run.  It will also only run a spell check on text and leader text only.  It does have the ability to add to Dictionary though.
