Inventor 2012 loading stops after a few seconds

I've been working with Inventor 2012 for a few weeks, but now as it starts to load it stops. When I watch the task manager as soon as the lmu.exe starts, inventor.exe stops. I have removed and reinstalled a number of times and no luck.

please try to uninstall .Net Framework 4.0 and install it again, then try to launch Inventor. you can find it under 3rdParty folder in DVD.

We actually soved the issue by deleting the flexnet folder in programdata (win &). the issue was every time it tried to check the license, it stopped. When we deleted the flexnet files, Inventor updated them all worked well.
