Inventor 2010 .idw Text garbage problem

I've been getting a lot of issues with text in the idw view of inventor 2010. It dispays all the characters incorrectly, as seen in the attatched .jpg file. Any ideas on how to solve it?

Specs:

Intel C2Q Q6600 @ 3.4ghz
Corsair Dominator 1066mhz DDR2
Asus P5B
Xpertvision 8600gt 256mb with latest nvidia drivers
Windows XP 32bit SP2

It's getting very irritating and hampering my ability to work. I can view text fine everywhere else, and exporting the .idw to PDF works fine. It seems to be an inventor or maybe nvidia driver issue maybe, has anyone else seen this?

Did you un-install Iv'09 after installing Iv'10?

It is possible that the un-installing of Iv'09 removed the following fonts

AIGDT
GDT
GDT_IV25
GDT_IV50

Do a repair install of Iv'10

Thank you for the replay. I change the video card and
all the problems are history now. My oldest son built computers and
happened to have an spare one. Lucky me.
