Inventor 2010, SP 4, running on Windows XP 32-bit SP3.
I'm having problems creating any projected views from a relatively large assembly (856 parts, 124 files). I can create a base view no problem, but cannot create a projected view even with hidden lines, threads, and reference parts off. Creating a projected view results in Inventor crashing.
The only thing I can think of is that we are using quite a few substitute levels of detail for some of the smaller assemblies within the large one. Those have been somewhat difficult to work with.
