INVENTOR 2009, flickering, text not showing...

Hi guys,
Autodesk Inventor 2009, somehow the menus are flickering when i brows through them, as well as text is not showing where it should have been.

Sure, Windows Vista 64-bit ( but the same was on 32, too ), Intel Q6600 quad @ 2.40 Ghz, 4 GB Ram , ATI Readon HD 3870.

Maybe it could be something with DirectX or some other 3d acceleration?

Check your ATI drivers, do a complete un-install of the driver, reboot and
install of the current or newest driver. Sometimes the driver update doesn't
properly flush any old components from the system.
