Inventor 10 Performance

Hi All,

I'm sure these questions have been covered elsewhere but I would appreciate any help you can offer.

Firstly we have the following set up:

3.2 Xeon Processor
3GB Memory
1 GB Network Connection
We are using Shared project over the network.

We are dealing with an assembly of approximately 2000 parts.

When we attempt to create an IDW or execute a trail in an IPN it does one of two things -

1. Takes forever to execute command
2. Crashes

We have done the 3GB switch but this has made no difference.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks

Ross

Graphic Card and driver?

You may want to review ___INVENTOR FAQ_ JULY 05, 2005__
from Kent Keller for additional trouble shooting suggestion.

You have mail.

I'd suggest you munge your E-mail address, for example "ross DOTTY hollands HATTY dhi DOTTY co DOTTY uk" - see attached if you're
using OE6

It'll help to keep all those nasty little spam bots away
