INV7 Unfolding Errors (Picky About Base Face side - Example In CFILES)

In CFiles is a sheetmetal assm I have (2mb sorry). Basically I was trying
something new using derived parts on a sheetmetal assm I knew was going to
change a lot while in design. Forgeting the derived side of things (that
seemed to work well) I am having trouble unfolding the parts. 1 of the part
files I have created from the soild will unfold with errors if base feature
is selected on the OUTSIDE and the other has errors if the base feature is
on the INSIDE. I have seen this before and am wondering if someone could
shed some light.
If it is something wrong with the model I will avoid it in the future.
Basically I need to unfold all the parts for the solid from the same side
(inner or outer).
I would have thought if the part is OK from one side it should be OK from
the other as well?

OK as I dig down find that the unfolder is not liking the corners that are
cut on an angle to the sheet. This was me cheating a little 😉 If I tidy
and square some of the edges up its seems a little better.
Maybe Inventors unfolder is just a little more fussy than what I am used to
(AutoPOL)
