Hi,
Waht do you see if you did File>Autodesk Data Management Server.
Can you click on Status or is it grayed out.
If you can click on status, it means that you are able to connect to ADMS
fine and probably didn't use the right login credentials when trying to log
into the ADMS console.
Once we resolve this, we can look at what issue you ran into when updating
the library.

I recently installed ADMS 2009 on our server and did everything according to
the instructions in the "Planning your installation" guide. ADMS 2009
located and migrated all of the 2008 CC data seemingly without any problems.
When I went to access the CC from my workstation, I couldn't find our 2
custom (user read/write) libraries. So I went into configure the CC
libraries and it asked me to update the 2 custom libraries which I did.
After that there were 4 errors (see attached f
ile) and it doesn't recognize our custom libraries anymore. The ADMS
console doesn't recognize the login ID now either so I can't get in to edit
the libraries.
The one thing that caught my eye was on page 36 of the "planning your
installation" it mentions on bullet #4 that "It is important to
differentiate between read-only Inventor standard content libraries and the
user read/write libraries." It doesn't explain how to do this, nor did it
prompt me to differentiate between the
two types. Did I miss something? How would I start the migration process
over from the data that I backed-up?
Any ideas?
Thanks.
