Installing SP3a

I just installed the Sp3a update to my Inventor 10 (NOT PRO) and found so far:

a) the list of projects was wiped out, because it changed the location where the projects were looked up, and
b) the Content Center Files Directory location was also changed, with the result that when opening assemblies the application could not find screws, O-Rings, etc.

I managed to fix that by going to Tools>Application Options>Files and changing the file locations.

The question is: Are there any other hidden changes that took place with this Service Pack?

I didn't have anything change with the sp install.
