Inventor is failing to install, no error dialogue comes up. Really stuck with no idea how to resolve this issue. I just get a "Some products have failed to install properly" after the installation is complete. There is no entry for publisher anywhere on my machine to then be able to go and manually uninstall it. No registry keys, no folders, no start menu entries, nada.
Please help!

I agree with JD on the clean un-install and then reboot, flush your temp files and then reinstall.
If it still fails, please provide us with your installation logs that should be in: %TEMP%
