Message: Error 1402. Could not open key: Hkey_Local_Machine\\RobotDirectories. Verify you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
I cant find "robotDirectories", I try change the registry key but it's still the same.

Try this, it worked for me, although I did not set the owner, I gave the local administrator full access to the keys and installed as the local administrator:
