Insert Frame inputs preserved in template

Is it possible to have an assembly template where "default" inputs in the insert frame window are like in the picture below?

I can think of one way ... You would start a assembly/part with this set up in it and adjust the sketch ... But that means you would have to have more than 1 file associated to this to keep it working properly. You would need a sketch file, or make a new one each time and repath it to this assembly. I'm sure there is a way via Ilogic that you can make this happen too... where you already have all the values programmed in
